Browntrout is a comfortable, casual fine-dining experience. We can seat 70 people in our dining room comfortably. We have a large central communal table for large groups.
We now have a full Beer and Wine list. We will always welcome BYOB with a $20 cork fee (no corkage fee for bottle vintages older than 10 years). Classic Cocktails coming soon.
We grow all our own herbs in our rooftop garden and we use sustainably farmed and/or organic products whenever possible. All our seafood comes from natural waters or sustainable farms. Our meats are all grass-fed free range animals.
