Browntrout is a comfortable, casual fine-dining experience located at 4111 N. Lincoln in the North Center area of Chicago. We are family owned and can seat 70 people, comfortably, in our dining room. We have a large central communal table for large groups.

Our emphasis is on sustainability and agro-consciousness, without sacrificing quality. We believe in letting the flavors of the ingredients speak for themselves. We have found that when using the freshest possible ingredients of the highest quality, that complexity is unnecessary. Our Menu changes regularly in response to availability of ingredients, so there is always something new to try.
